Terms of Service

iDuslab is provided for authorized company, lab, production, planning, reporting, and maintenance use. Users must access only the company, unit, report, machine, lab test, and email data that their assigned role permits.

Users may not share credentials, bypass access controls, upload unsafe files, enter misleading records, abuse automated email or report features, or attempt to access another tenant's data. Administrators are responsible for assigning correct roles and removing access when it is no longer needed.

Reports, uploaded logos, digital signatures, technician details, email recipient lists, and audit records may contain sensitive operational information. They must be handled according to company policy and applicable law.

The service may enforce rate limits, session expiry, audit logging, file restrictions, and account lockouts to protect users and company data.
