Data may include user name, email, role, company and unit details, hall details, lab test and production data, machine logs, company logo, technician names, digital signatures, report data, email recipients, session activity, device metadata, and security logs.

Data is stored in managed application services and is retained only as long as required for operations, legal obligations, auditability, troubleshooting, and reporting. Administrators may request correction, deletion, export, or retention review of company data, subject to operational and legal constraints.

The app uses cookies and secure session data to keep users signed in, prevent unauthorized access, limit concurrent sessions, and protect sensitive workflows. Automated daily summaries and alerts are sent only to configured recipients and include data scoped to the authorized company or tenant.

Access to reports, signatures, logos, exports, and email settings is restricted by role and tenant. Security events may be logged with IP address, user agent, actor, action, result, and timestamp. Secrets, passwords, tokens, reset links, and raw private files are not intended to be stored in logs.
